Bring Your Own Horse - Annual Access Pass

Yearly Access Pass

  • Access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Advance notice is required prior to arrival so gate entry can be prepared Please contact us with your planned visit date
  • Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Waiver must be signed prior to first use
  • Includes obstacle course practice access for monthly event

Gratuities are never required but always appreciated. If you enjoyed your trail ride and would like to leave an optional gratuity for your guide, you may do so below. Thank you for riding with us! We appreciate your support!

Important Rider Information

 Riders of all experience levels are welcome. For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, each rider must honestly assess their riding ability and provide their experience level when booking. 

 

  • Beginner: No prior riding experience or limited familiarity with horses
  • Intermediate: Some riding experience and comfortable handling basic horse movements
  • Experienced: Confident rider with significant riding experience


Experience levels help our guide match each rider with the most suitable horse to ensure a safe and enjoyable trail ride. All riders must follow safety instructions provided during the ride. 


Cancellation Policy:

No refunds for same-day cancellations.

Height/Weight Ratio Chart

Safety Guidelines for All Riders

We adhere to a height/weight ratio chart as guideline for maximum rider weight to ensure the safety and comfort of both horses and riders. Weigh-in will be conducted at time of check-in. No refunds available for riders that exceed the allowable weight limits.
